标题: 《登山，每日一话》------- Gaston Rébuffat
Some mountaineers are proud of having done all their climbs without bivouac. How much they have missed! And the same applies to those who enjoy only rock climbing, or only the ice climb, only the ridges or the face. We should refuse none of the thousand and one joys that the mountains offer us at every turn. We should brush nothing aside, set no restrictions. We should experience hunger and thirst, be able to go fast, but also know how to go slowly and to contemplate.

一些登山者对于他们不使用宿营地完成所有的攀爬感到骄傲。他们不知道自己错过了什么！而且对于那些仅喜欢攀岩，或是攀冰，又或是攀登山脊和岩壁的的人亦是如此。我们不应该拒绝任何一众形式，人们应该享受山峰赐予我们的每一个方面。我们不应该排除任何事情，不应该设立任何限制。我们需要经历受饿和饥渴，才能行进得更为迅速，并且知道如何放慢脚部，并学会沉思。

Gaston Rébuffat （1921年5月7日－1985年5月31日）


－知名的法国阿尔卑斯登山者和攀登向导，而且gaston登山技术也是以他的名字命名的
－Rébuffat在Calanques地区开始接触攀登，并于1942年成为登山向导
－1950年，Rébuffat成为四位登顶安纳普尔那峰的登山者之一
－他是首位攀登阿尔卑斯山区全部六处最为伟大的山峰北壁的攀登者－Grandes Jorasses峰，Piz Badile feng，Petit Dru峰，马特洪峰，Cima Grande di Lavredo峰及艾格峰
－Rébuffat坚持把攀登看作与山峰间和谐的交流。而并非与其的争斗，这在当时被视作非常激进的想法
－他在阿尔卑斯山区首攀了超过40条新线路

－Rébuffat最为知名的文学作品为Etoiles et Tempêtes（星光和风暴），他还出版了一系列关于登山的书籍
－同时Rébuffat对拍摄也有很大的兴趣，他同Maruice Baquet和Georges Tairraz共同制作的90分钟电影Étoiles et Tempêtes在意大利Trento电影节获得Grand Prix
